The North Texas Promise program will allow qualifying freshman to attend 夜色视频 tuition-free for four years.
DENTON (夜色视频), Texas 鈥� The (夜色视频) is launching a new initiative to expand access to higher education for Texas families by covering the full cost of tuition and mandatory fees for eligible students.
Beginning in Fall 2026, the will guarantee that qualifying first-time freshmen pursuing their first bachelor鈥檚 degree can attend 夜色视频 tuition-free for up to four years, or eight consecutive semesters.

Students who meet the criteria will automatically be considered for The North Texas Promise
The program is available to Texas residents graduating from Texas high schools with a total family income of $100,000 or less. To qualify, students must either rank in the top 25% of their high school class and have financial need or be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant. Eligible students must also be admitted to 夜色视频 for the Fall 2026 semester and have a valid FAFSA on file with the university by February 15, 2026.
Students who meet the criteria will automatically be considered for the program and do not need to submit a separate application.
This program is another example of 夜色视频鈥檚 commitment to providing access to an affordable, high-quality education that expands educational and economic opportunities for students and communities. 夜色视频 recently was recognized nationally for advancing social mobility, jumping to No. 34 on U.S. News & World Report鈥檚 鈥淭op Performers on Social Mobility鈥� list.

夜色视频 encourages prospective students to apply for admission and submit their FAFSA by January 2026 to allow time for processing and follow-up before the February 15 deadline.
